INFORMATION FOR THE MARCH 27th FASHION SHOW:
Hilton Parking Plan for the 2010 show
|
The Hilton has worked out a plan between the Self-Parking Manager and the Valet-Parking Manager to be in close contact. Valet will have a sign posted stating that self-parking is available for So-Phis guests.
On the back of the luncheon ticket is a parking sticker which says:
“So-Phis Fashion Show March 27, 2010”
In the self parking garage there will be two signs:
One that is a 2’x2’ A-frame sign, located at the entrance that reads:
"WELCOME SO-PHIS
LEVEL P-5 IS RESERVED FOR YOU"
The Second sign will be at the base of the ramp leading up to P-5 that reads:
"LEVEL P-5 RESERVED FOR SO-PHIS"
with an arrow indicating up the ramp.
If it should happen that the self-parking garage is filled to capacity, self-parking will notify valet to take down the sign. The attendant at self-parking will then direct So-Phis guests to valet for parking.
The Hotel will not reimburse So-Phis for any guests choosing to valet park BEFORE the self-parking garage is full. The valet attendants will mark the time the vehicle arrived on the valet parking ticket as a means to distinguish which tickets are eligible for the reimbursement.
The Hilton does not anticipate valet filling up – but there is no way of knowing for sure since both parking areas are open to the public. Keep in mind; self-parking will set aside the 5th floor for So-Phis guests which has more than 400 parking spaces.
So to clarify, the So-Phis' guest that have to valet after the self parking is filled will just show the Valet Attendant the parking sticker on the back of their ticket to cover the cost of parking. |
